KILLIE FANS’ GREAT GESTURE

Kilmarnock fans were the toast of Tannadice on Thursday when the Rugby Park side's travel club presented injured United midfielder Jamie Fullarton with a decanter as a get-well gift. Fullarton suffered a horrendous ankle injury during the home clash with Killie last month - right in front of the away fans, who earned praise for warmly applauding as he was carried off. Now those same fans have gone one better by holding a collection to buy him this present. "It's a fantastic gesture and it has really boosted my morale", said Fullarton. Looking ahead to Saturday's visit to Hibs, injured pair Hasney Aljofree and David Partridge both have a good chance of being fit.
