United fell to a disappointing defeat in South Lanarkshire. Three first half goals and a late strike sealing the three points in a 4-0 loss.

Following the clash with Dundee on Tuesday evening, United made only two changes, Chris Erskine and Simon Murray coming into the starting eleven in place of Aidan Connolly and Scott Fraser.
First half:
It was the hosts who started the game better inside the first minute with Ali Crawford firing a powerful shot from outside the box just above the target.
United struggled to find any real rhythm or fluency in the early exchanges, although just before the 15 minute mark, neat interplay from Blair Spittal and John Souttar saw the latter fire a shot into the palms of Michael McGovern.
Just four minutes later, Hamilton opened the scoring. Crawford again was the danger man, driving a powerful effort from distance into the bottom corner.
At 37 minutes, Accies added a second when Ali Crawford's in-swinging corner was brilliantly met by the head of Tagliapetra and into the back of the net.
Two minutes later, Hamilton added their third of the afternoon. John Souttar's pass ricocheting unfortunately into the path of Carlton Morris who slipped a shot underneath Luis Zwick.
Second half:
The second half was largely quieter than the first, Hamilton looking comfortable in terms of possession and knocking the ball around nicely. United did however create a handful of decent chances on the counter, notably Blair Spittal's shot just before the hour mark and Aidan Connolly's late header.
In the dying moments of the game, the home side added a fourth after great work from Gramoz Kurtaj allowed Nade a close range tap-in.
