Dundee United announced on Tuesday the capture of midfielder Wato Kuaté on a short-term contract until the end of the current season. The 21-year-old joins United from Asteras Tripoli in the Superleague Greece.
Speaking about the midfielder, Manager Ray McKinnon said: "Wato has impressed us enough with what we have seen from him in training and development matches recently. He has talent and a powerful, muscular physique and signing this deal allows us to look at him and nurture the undoubted raw ability he has."
The player, a product of Manchester City's renowned Academy, has been training at the Club recently and has played in two Development games as a trialist as well as made an appearance in Sean Dillon's testimonial.
