20-year-old Brandon Mason becomes the second new face at Tannadice of the January transfer window as Csaba Laszlo improves his squad for the second part of the Ladbrokes Championship campaign.

The left back joins United on loan from Watford until the end of the season. Brandon signed professional terms with the Hornets in June 2016 and made his debut for the first team against Tottenham on Vicarage Road on New Year's Day 2017. The following week, he started against Burton Albion in the FA Cup and notched an assist. He has played four times for the first team.

Brandon joins Craig Slater and Paul Quinn, who signed an extension, and becomes the third signing of the window for United.
