Dundee United today announced Scott Robertson as the new Under-18 Coach. The 2010 Scottish Cup winner played 126 times for the Tangerines scoring 12 goals between 2008 and 2012 and has two Scotland caps.
The 33-year-old started his playing career at Dundee FC before switching to Tannadice and also enjoyed time at Blackpool, Hibernian, Botosani and most recently Raith Rovers where he was also a first-team coach.
Scott said, "I am delighted to be back at Tannadice. The job is a fabulous opportunity for me to work with young, upcoming talent and help Dundee United produce first-team players from the Academy pathway.
"I look forward to continuing my working relationship with Craig Easton also and thank Raith Rovers for allowing me the opportunity to progress my coaching career, and I cannot wait to get started."
