Tonight's scheduled Under-21 fixture at Tannadice, the third U-21 home game of the season, has had to be called off in view of tomorrow evening's CIS Cup tie.
The news is particularly disappointing as the Under-21s were keen to make amends for last week's five-goal defeat at New Broomfield by Celtic. Instead a closed door trial against Arbroath at Gayfield has been arranged for tonight but at present a new date for the fixture has still to be arranged.
