United travel the short journey to Perth on Saturday for a Tayside derby as we begin the second round of fixtures in the Premiership 20/21 campaign.
United come into this one boosted by the resilient and battling 0–0 draw at home to Aberdeen last week where Goalkeeper Benji Siegrist was star man and Saturday should see Marc McNulty closer to being match fit for a start. Latest signing Jeando Fuchs has completed his quarantine and has benefitted from a full week's training and could also come into the Manager's thoughts. Likewise, Paul McMullan and Adrian Sporle who both missed the Aberdeen game through injury are back in training this week.
St Johnstone comes into this one in a confident manner, having found the goal trail in recent games and currently sit two points behind the Terrors in the league.
The teams faced off on the first day of the season when United took the lead thanks to a Nicky Clark penalty before St Johnstone equalised during the second half.
