After three home games in a row, the women’s team are back on the road with their longest journey of the season as they travel to Kilmarnock on Sunday.
It is their penultimate game of the year before the winter break and they will hope to continue their form that has seen them take ten points out of an available twelve.
The two sides last met in September 2019 where Killie came out on top winning 4-0.
Kilmarnock have had a Jekyll and Hyde start to the season with three wins and four losses from their seven games so far, their previous game last Sunday seeing them lose 3-0 at leaders Aberdeen.
Captain Keira Johnstone and striker Danni McGinley have returned to light training with Tammy Harkin and Erin Ross still recovering; however at the moment Ellie-Jai Reid is still injured.
Kick off on Sunday is at 4pm at Rugby Park and updates for this will be on Twitter @dundeeunitedwfc while highlights will be available on YouTube at a later time.
The women’s Player and Goal of the Month awards were announced on Friday with Rebecca McMillan taking Player of the Month, meanwhile Goal of the Month was a tie between Neve Guthrie and Robyn Smith (pictured) for their goals against St Johnstone and Glasgow respectively.
