UNITED’S RESTRICTED DERBY MATCH ALLOCATION

Dundee FC have allocated United only 2,800 tickets for the forthcoming SPL derby clash on Saturday 3rd November. A United spokesperson commented, “In the opening SPL match of this season against Dundee FC at Tannadice, United sold out of home end tickets, that’s 8,296 including season tickets, almost 48 hours prior to the Saturday kick-off and we could have sold many more. With a record 5,200 season ticket sales this season, clearly we may have many disappointed supporters unable to get a ticket for the match.”
