MATCH DAY HOSPITALITY SEASON 2021/22 UPDATE

We are pleased to announce the following updated details for supporters looking to book match day hospitality for the upcoming cinch Premiership season. With the return of the Dundee derbies coupled with finally having supporters back in the stands, demand has never been higher for our highly acclaimed hospitality packages.

Although it is a very fluid situation which is changing almost daily, based on government projections regarding the easing of current restrictions, we fully expect to be able to open our hospitality venues from the start of the season. However, we do anticipate that initially there will be Covid-19 social distancing restrictions with reduced limits on lounge capacities and therefore group bookings may be restricted to a maximum of eight guests from three different households.

Based on this, we have decided to temporarily amend our hospitality booking policies to prioritise our existing hospitality clients for match day bookings.

Priority admittance will firstly be given to seasonal members within all hospitality areas. Members from last season will be contacted shortly to organise the renewal of their packages. Following the admittance of seasonal members, we will make the remaining lounge capacity available to guests who have credits remaining from matches cancelled from the end of season 19/20 and from last season.  We ask that those guests email commercial@dundeeunitedfc.co.uk as soon as possible to request their place(s) at the match of their choice, also advising the original match booked, the number of people and the level of hospitality.  The Commercial Department will respond to these emails in the order received within three working days.

A second priority period will be introduced from Monday 28thJune for current 2021/22 season ticket holders who will be able to book any match for this season, subject to availability. We ask that season ticket holders looking to book during this week-long priority period, email commercial@dundeeunitedfc.co.uk stating which game they are looking to book along with the level of hospitality and a contact number. A member of the commercial team will then get in touch within three working days to process your booking. Please note online bookings will not be possible during this time.

Following this period, the remaining available places for hospitality will go on general sale online at www.dundeeunitedfc.co.uk from Monday 5th July.

We anticipate that as the season progresses the Covid-19 restrictions will be lifted and the operating capacities of the lounges will return to normal, however we strongly advise anyone wishing to book hospitality for a specific match to reserve their table now to guarantee their places.
