Season Card Collection and Digital Season Tickets

A reminder that supporters can now collect their season tickets ahead of our first league clash. 

We would encourage all supporters still to collect to do so as early as possible due to anticipated queues on Sunday afternoon. 

TICKET OFFICE OPENING HOURS

Friday: 9am-5pm

Saturday: 9am-1pm

Sunday: from 10am 

If you have selected Email tickets when purchasing your season ticket there will not be cards available for collection.

Some iPhone users may find their season card showing under 'expired passes' in their Apple Wallet. To resolve this issue, please remove your Season Ticket from your Apple Wallet and re-add using your Season Ticket purchase confirmation email.

Digital Season Tickets

A reminder that Dundee United Season Ticket holders can now add their Season Card to their mobile devices!

iPhone Users

Step one - CLICK HERE to open the webpage

Step two - click the share button at the bottom of the Safari page

Step three - scroll down and select 'Add to Home Screen' 

Android Users

Step one - CLICK HERE to open the webpage

Step two - click the ellipses (three dots) at the top of the page

Step three - select 'Install to Home Screen'

Upon opening the app for the first time, registered season ticket holders will have to create their password for their Future Ticketing account. To do this, please click on 'Forgot Credentials' and then enter the email address that is registered with the club. This MUST be the email address you used when purchasing your season ticket from the club.

You will then receive an email to create or reset your password. 

Once logged in, the app will display your Season Ticket QR code that can be scanned at The CalForth Construction Arena at Tannadice Park.
