PITCH INCURSION

Tannadice hosted another fantastic occasion today with just under 11,000 spectators in attendance to witness another tremendous spectacle representing Scottish football.

We are proud of the passionate support we receive from our fans and reinforce our praise for the backing given by the vast majority of our supporters.

It is essential that this passion is expressed respectfully and compliments the overall safety enforcement of the event.

This afternoon, a small number of spectators allowed their exuberance at the winning goal to go beyond the boundaries of acceptability.

Pitch incursions are against ground regulations and whilst the scenes were good-natured and boisterous, it remains unacceptable conduct.

Dramatic finishes are part and parcel of football games, and we ask all supporters to please celebrate in the stands and conduct themselves in a manner that enhances the proud reputation we as a club and fanbase currently have.
