Dundee United can today confirm Jack Newman’s loan spell with William Hill Championship outfit Livingston has been terminated.

Newman was named in the matchday squad for the Lions’ clash with Airdrieonians before sustaining a knee injury in training. Henceforth, the goalkeeper will return to Tannadice and begin a period of rehab with our medical staff.
