How much is a Season Ticket for 2024/25?
Adult Season Tickets start from just £339 and U12s from as little as £40.

How can I buy my Season Ticket for 2024/25?
Supporters can purchase their Season Tickets both online and in-store.
Buying online is the most efficient method to securing your Season Ticket, but you can visit our ticket office if you need any assistance.

I have an outstanding rebate voucher for 2023/24, how do I use this towards my 2024/25 Season Ticket?
Any supporters with outstanding rebate vouchers can collect them from the Ticket Office or email tickets@dundeeunitedfc.co.uk to receive your code. All rebate amounts must be used in the Loyalty Period, can only be used once and are single-time use codes.
What categories are available?

- Student: Full-time education at a Higher or Further Education body

Age bands are calculated on the age of supporters on 1st August 2024.

Anyone who doesn't currently sit in the Singing Section and wishes to do so next season should renew their existing seat as normal and contact our Ticket Office. The Singing Section will occupy seats 63-74 in rows A-F of The Eddie Thompson Stand.
How have prices been set for the 2024/25 season?
Each season, our goal is to create a package that attracts supporters, offers affordable football and maintains our competitiveness on the park. As a club, we assess ourselves against other clubs to ensure our Season Ticket offering stands out favourably.
Despite a continued increase in matchday operational costs, Season Ticket prices have been frozen for the upcoming campaign.
We have also decided to continue with our highly successful offering of two free U12 Season Tickets with the purchase of an Adult Season Ticket in the George Fox Lower – saving a further £80.
The prices set offer a significant discount against gate prices, with Season Tickets purchased in the Renewal Period offering savings of up to £183 for an adult.
With our partners V12 Retail Finance offering the opportunity to spread the cost, we believe the prices offer value to every United supporter wishing to purchase a Season Ticket.
During the process, we also consulted with fan group representatives for their views on our proposals and received positive and constructive feedback.
What are the benefits of renewing my Season Ticket in the Renewal Period?
Renewing your Season Ticket during the Renewal Period ensures the best possible value – and guarantees you secure your current seat for the 2024/25 season.
During the Renewal Period, you can choose to pay for your Season Ticket over four monthly repayments, with no fees or interest charges, or over ten monthly repayments with a small finance charge payable with the first instalment.
I don’t currently have a Season Ticket – when can I buy one?
The first opportunity to purchase a new Season Ticket will be at the beginning of the Early Bird period, starting from Monday 6 May.
How long is my current seat reserved?
As an existing Season Ticket holder, your seat will be automatically reserved until the Loyalty period ends - 5pm Tuesday 30 April. Once this date has passed, it will be available for purchase by any supporter and the price will increase accordingly.

I want to spread the cost of my Season Ticket, what are the options?
We have once again partnered with V12 Retail Finance to allow supporters the opportunity to spread the cost of their Season Ticket over four, six or ten months.
Renewal Period
There are two finance options available in the Renewal Period.
Option 1: 4 Monthly Payments (no fee)
Sign up by 5pm on 30th April and you will have the option to spread the cost of your Season Ticket over four months. There are no extra fees, with finance costs covered by Dundee United Football Club!
Finance Example:

First Repayment Instalment - £84.75
Subsequent Payment Instalments - £84.75

Total Amount Payable - £339
Option 2: 10 Monthly Payments (with 11.37% (£38.54* )fee)
Sign up by 5pm on 30th April and you will have to opportunity to spread the cost of your Season Ticket over ten months through V12 Season Ticket Finance with an 11.37% £38.54* finance fee, which is payable with the first monthly payment.

Early Bird Period
There is one finance option available in the Early Bird Period.
6 MONTHLY PAYMENTS (with 8.54% (£32.37*) fee)
Sign up between Monday 6 May and Sunday 30 June, and you will have the opportunity to spread the cost of your Season Ticket over six months with an 8.54% finance £32.37* fee.

I have changed age category, how do I select my new option?
If you have changed your age category, you can select your new age bracket by de-selecting and then re-selecting your seat on our online ticket portal. This will bring up a prompt allowing you to select a new age category from the drop-down list.
Is there a family section?
While we do not have a recognised family section, the best value comes from purchasing an Adult Season Ticket in the George Fox Lower stand. This allows you the opportunity to qualify for two free U12 Season Tickets**. We would encourage families to sit within this stand.
** Proof of age will be required at purchase
Which matches are included in the Season Ticket price?
Only home league matches are included in your Season Ticket.
All cup matches require an additional ticket to be purchased and we cannot guarantee that your usual seat will be available.
Can I relocate to another part of the stadium?
This is possible but remember that current Season Ticket holder seats are reserved until the end of the Loyalty Period.
To take advantage of the Loyalty Period prices and benefits please purchase your existing seat as normal. You should then inform the ticket office that you wish to relocate your seat and they will facilitate your request before the Discount period opens.
There will be a £10 admin charge should you wish to change your seat during the Full-Price Period.
Can I collect my Season Ticket, or will it be posted out?
We would encourage all supporters to opt for an electronic Season Ticket.
If you select a physical card, your Season Ticket will be available for collection from our ticket office before the start of the season unless you request it to be posted. Details for collection will be posted on our club website at a later date.
What if my Season Ticket needs to be replaced?
A replacement fee of £10 is applicable in the event of issuing a new Season Ticket. Any such request will only be accepted if the named Season Ticket holder is present with identification during the transaction. The club reserves the right to decline such a request.
Can I purchase online if I am a student?
Student Season Tickets are available to all those in full-time education at a Higher or Further Education body. To purchase your Season Ticket, we need to see proof of eligibility which can be uploaded during the payment process or with an official letter sent to tickets@dundeeunitedfc.co.uk
Can U12s attend the match without an adult?
Children under the age of 12 years old must be accompanied by a supporter over the age of 16.
Will there be a price change depending on which league competition we participate in?
Prices are set to reflect all eventualities and there will be no increase or decrease in price depending on which league we play in during the 2024/25 season.
