Bidding is now underway for Dave Bowman's 2016 legends charity match at Tannadice in aid of skin cancer charities.
The concept is simple – to allow fans to experience the thrill of pulling on the United shirt, to walk down the Tannadice tunnel and play against Club legends on the hallowed turf of Tannadice.
You can bid now to be one of the players in the team who will line up on
Friday 13 May at 6.30pm against a team of Dave Bowman’s legends.
The legends team will include Dave himself and the likes of Gary Bollan, Grant Johnson, Ray Mckinnon, Lee Wilkie, Jamie McCunnie, Jon Daly, Stuart Duff and others.
Part of the bidding package is a bespoke playing kit (signed by all current first team squad players or legends after the event if you wish) and being managed by current first team players.
The family of Ally Watt – who sadly died of skin cancer seven years ago – have yet again kindly donated a trophy for this year’s match.
Needless to say, places will again be at a premium and bidding is now underway so don’t delay getting yours in on
