How can I buy my Season Ticket for 2025/26?

You can purchase your Season Tickets online or in-store.

Buying online is the most efficient method, but you can also visit our ticket office for assistance.

Why are prices increasing?

After freezing prices for the past three seasons, we want to be open and transparent with you about this year’s marginal increase. As we continue to face rising costs associated with stadium maintenance and matchday operations, a small adjustment has become necessary. While these changes help offset some of these increased operational costs, they also help support our ongoing efforts to ensure that Dundee United can remain competitive on the pitch.

A reminder that we’re making it easier for supporters to secure their season ticket with our V12 finance options - at a lower interest rate compared to last season, allowing you to spread payments into manageable monthly amounts. During the loyalty period, you can take advantage of our four-month payment plan with no finance fee — making it even easier to secure your seat for the season ahead.

If you don’t currently sit in the Singing Section and wish to do so next season, renew your existing seat as normal and contact our Ticket Office. The Singing Section will occupy seats 63-74 in rows A-F of The Eddie Thompson Stand.

What are the benefits of renewing my Season Ticket during the Renewal Period?

Renewing during the Renewal Period ensures the best value and guarantees your current seat for 2025/26.

You can choose to pay over four monthly repayments, with no fees or interest, or over ten months with a small finance charge.

When can I buy my 2025/26 Season Ticket?

LOYALTY PERIOD: 24 MARCH - 1 MAY
  • This period exists only for current Season Ticket holders to renew at the cheapest possible price - covering two payday dates.
  • This is the only chance for current Season Ticket holders to secure their existing seat, which will be released at the beginning of the Early Bird Period.
  • All seats will be reserved until the Seat Release Deadline of 5pm on Thursday 1 May.
  • Tickets bought in this period offer savings of up to £154 for adults compared to gate prices.
  • Supporters can split the cost over four (0% finance fee) or ten (11.01% finance fee) monthly payments during this period. 
 
EARLY BIRD PERIOD: 6 MAY - 30 JUNE
  • This is the first opportunity for new Season Ticket holders to purchase their seats for the 2025/26 season.
  • This period offers renewals and new customers a discount that compares favourably to full-price Season Tickets.
  • Tickets bought in this period offer savings of up to £109 for adults compared to gate prices.
  • Supporters can split the cost over six monthly payments (8.3% finance fee) during this period. 
FULL PRICE PERIOD: 3 JULY ONWARDS
  • Full-price Season Tickets go on sale with no additional discount offered.
  • Tickets bought in this period offer savings of up to £35 for adults compared to gate prices.

How long is my current seat reserved?

As an existing Season Ticket holder, your seat will be automatically reserved until the end of the Loyalty Period, 5pm Thursday 1 May 2025. After this, it will be available for purchase by any supporter, and the price will increase accordingly.

I am a budget customer.

All Budget Customers will be contacted directly by our Ticket Office regarding your 2025/26 renewal in due course.

What options are available to spread the cost of my Season Ticket?

We’ve partnered with V12 Retail Finance again, offering the option to spread the cost over four, six, or ten months.

Loyalty Period Finance Options

There are two finance options available in the Loyalty Period.
 
Sign up by 5pm on 1st of May and you will have to opportunity to spread the cost of your Season Ticket over four or ten months through V12 Season Ticket Finance.

Option 1: 4 Monthly Payments (no finance fee)

First Repayment Instalment - £95.00
Subsequent Payment Instalments - £95.00
Number of Payments - 4

Option 2: 10 Monthly Payments (with an 11.01% finance fee)

First Repayment Instalment - £79.84

Number of Subsequent Payments - 9
Payment Frequency – Monthly

Early Bird Period Finance Option

There is one finance option available in the Early Bird Period.

Sign up between Tuesday 6 May and Monday 30 June, and you will have the opportunity to spread the cost of your Season Ticket over six months with an 8.30% finance fee.

What if I’ve changed age category?

If you’ve changed your age category, simply de-select and re-select your seat on our online portal to update your age bracket.

Age categories are based on your age on 1st August 2025.

Is there a family section?

We don’t have a designated family section, but the best value for families is in the George Fox Lower stand, where you can qualify for two free U12 Season Tickets with a full-paying adult. Proof of age is required at purchase.

What matches are included in the Season Ticket?
Only home league matches are included. Additional tickets must be purchased for all cup matches, and we cannot guarantee your usual seat will be available.

Can I relocate my seat?

You can relocate your seat, but your current seat is reserved until the end of the Loyalty Period. To take advantage of the Loyalty Period prices, renew your seat first, then inform the ticket office of your relocation request. A £10 admin fee will apply if you change your seat.

Digital Tickets and Season Cards

Once you’ve secured your Season Ticket, you can easily download your digital season card, which can be added directly to your Apple or Google Wallet for quick and easy access on matchdays.

For those who prefer a physical card, we’re still offering them for a small admin fee of £2. These can be collected for free from our club shop closer to the start of the season, or if you prefer, you can have your physical card posted to you for a postage fee.

What if I need to replace my physical season card?

A £10 replacement fee applies. The request must be made in person with identification. The club reserves the right to decline any request.

How can I purchase a student Season Ticket?

Student Season Tickets are available for full-time students at Higher or Further Education institutions. Proof of eligibility must be uploaded during payment or sent to tickets@dundeeunitedfc.co.uk.

Can U12s attend without an adult?

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an over 16.
